I was told that I have to take a photo of the me wearing the necklaces or the chains before I can return it? I didn’t think such return policy exit. I just dislike it, but at the end of it they decided to let me keep it. It all work out. I suggested if I a customer have to rerun the item, they should provide shipping label. They do have nice chains.
