DISGRACEFUL.If I could leave no stars at all I would. For two weeks I have been waiting to have my porch door mended, following one of your engineers pulling it off its hinges. I have been in touch on many many occasions, and have had promises made, but they are never fulfilled. I don't think it is acceptable to be lied to. I am at the moment on the phone to one of your colleagues, let's hope that they will be listening now that I am leaving this review. What a shame to have such a bad view of a company I have never dealt with before.
