I would have given zero stars if possible. This company is utterly fraudulent. Everything about the site leads you to believe they are a UK company however when my item was sent it had to come through customs. It was an electrical item and arrived with no packaging or instructions. There was no labels on the product and it had a two pin plug. The item did not work at all and when I asked to return I was sent an address in the US and told postage was at my own cost. When I questioned this I eventually stopped receiving replies. Please do not waste your time or money on this company. Luckily I paid by PayPal and got a full refund, thank goodness for them.
