I wish I had read about this company on here before I bought a present for my daughter!No wonder they haven't claimed this review site! The product I bought came exactly one month after purchase from China, the quality was so poor I didn't even open the plastic bag it came in!! Their refund policy states 'Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.' The value of the item on the package stated $4.98 & I paid £29.98 but as it was in the sale reduced from £44.98 I was not allowed a refund. POLICY STATES 'There are no refunds for sale items.' No wonder just about everything on their site is on 'sale'!!!! Also they will not pay for return postage. Their return policy also states 'Refunds (if applicable) 'Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.' Therefore no timescale!!I have sent them an email regarding the poor quality & as it was an electrical item I didn't even plug it in as it appears like there could be an issue around safety standards but will need to get this verified.
