Horrible return/cancelation policies.I purchased a pair of shoes in November, and later tried to return them because they were too small. It turns out I missed the 15 DAY return window (extremely small window for industry standards), but I accepted that as my own fault.Then I purchased a new shoe in a larger size, and when they arrived they turned out to be too BIG. I need them for an event in two weeks, so I decided to order the same shoe in the correct size immediately and then follow up with ballroomshoes over email to have them coordinate an exchange in the backend with my new order #. It turns out the new order wouldn't be produced and delivered for several weeks even though they don't say anything about delivery estimates in the checkout window. Now, canceling the order will incur a 10% FEE even though I just placed the order yesterday and the shoes aren't even produced yet!To make matters worse, I decided I would also return the second order I made because I was within the return window and I don't have use for shoes that are too big, and now they're saying that I would have to pay for the shipping costs AND a 15% restocking FEE. Summary:Order 1: Total loss because I missed 15 day window.Order 2: Loss of shipping fees & restocking fees.Order 3: Loss of cancelation fee.All in all I will be out a whopping $178 just by attempting to shop with ballroomshoes, yet I still don't have a pair of shoes for my event. Absolutely the worst customer service policies I have ever dealt with and I will never be shopping from them again, nor will the dance companies I am part of.
