I ordered something, but i was wondering why it hadn’t been shipped after two weeks, so I tried to contact them via the form on their site, and told them I wanted to cancel the order because it was taking too long. They never answered. I tried sending an email with the same request, but no one answers. Logging into my account, I can see that the products have suddenly been shipped. Seems like they didn’t get back to me so that they could ship it two weeks late, making it impossible to cancel the order. Still no shipping confirmation email or answer to the emails I sent. Never ordering here again.
