Balmbare had the best reviews, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately last week, 8 weeks into my taking the gummies, I lost a dental crown while chewing the gummies. I was just beginning to notice less shedding, so I was determinted to continue on the program. I reached out to customer support and they said that dissolving the gummies in a small amount of lukewarm water does not change the effectiveness of the ingredients. It takes about 30 minutes for them to disolve, but the taste is a mild lime flavor and I think I may even prefer it to the chews. At 9-weeksI am still noticing less shedding and hopeful that I can lose weight and I can keep my thick head of hair.
