Adding my voice to the chorus of terrible customer service... or maybe the company is just dishonest when so many customers do not receive their drums.. Ordered on NOv. 17th. In the tracking I can see that it sits forever in Amsterdam. The company tells me that it is probably lost. I ask and ask and ask for a refund. They offer to resend. NO WAY! I dnt want to again have to write them multiple emails when the drum does not show up. Plus it is no longer needed. NOw its radio silence.. There are a lot of steel drum companies. Only buy from Balmy if you have $200 + to throw away. My order was: # 69784… Balmy.. I am still waiting for my money..
