Update: Received my setup, unboxed, assembly took me maybe 10 minutes. Now the cable management I had to do took 2 hours but that is besides the point :-) This stuff just oozes quality. The large shelf with many attachments looks absolutely fantastic on my desk, and shall look that way for many years to come Update 3/2/2024: Had contact from a very nice person from Balolo yesterday, taking the trouble to let me know the situation with my order and overall at Balolo. This is what I had been missing. And lo and behold, my order has shipped, is in country, and appears to be arriving for unboxing today :-). Upgrade to 4 stars !Echoing previous reviews here, I too am still waiting for some form of communication on my order placed 3 weeks ago. Delivery date shown on the website when I ordered has come and gone. Took the initiative to contact customer service and they did come back to me very quickly to say that my order would be dispatched in 'the next two weeks' - but nothing since then. But I will keep in mind that this is A) Europe and B) it's furniture, I am sure they build to order as opposed to keeping expensive stock. I will remain patient, I am sure it will show up eventually. Recommendation to Balolo to change the shipping time estimates on your website, it gives people the wrong impression and obviously leads to frustrated customers waiting for their order. Also reach out to your customers, let them know that there is a delay, people are patient when they are communicated to, but do not appreciate silence.
