ordered our pushchair and giant Giraffe on the 2nd February we doubled checked it wasn't on pre-order and they said no delivery was 7 - 10 days. weeks passed and we will hadn't received our pushchair or giraffe. I tried calling the store multiple times at different times of the day but they never ever answer the phone.
I managered to find a customer service email address and they just fobbed us off. eventually our pushchair was delivered 3rd March but still no giraffe. I emailed to see when the giraffe would be delivered and they said they was having issues with cuddle co but was expecting my order 6th March and they would update me asap. Monday comes and still no update... I emailed them and they said the order hadn't come to store and they would chase cuddle co again. By Thursday still no update so I've finally requested a refund.
I really dont know how this company is still in business. There customer services is useless they dont bother communicating or picking up the phone when customers are calling. And they cant fulfil orders they say they can. They just lie and ignore you.
I really wouldn't recommend Bambino and Beyond to anyone. The whole process has been a nightmare from start to finish!
