So far I have found Bambu Labs as a company a pleasure to deal with.
The printer I purchased (P1S) has been amazing.
With a minimum of assembly it works straight out of the well packaged box. I pushed a few buttons and the machine self calibrated itself, connected to the wifi and after I put in my password it did its stuff.
Downloading the Bambu Handy app on my phone was easy and linking to the printer was straight forward (you have to set up an account but again very easy). Also downloading the PC version which has more features again dead easy.
Using the printer was surprisingly fast and again easy.
I use easy a lot but that’s because it was.
My printer came with filament (the rolls of plastic to make your prints) so I was up and running straight away.
Buying extra filament and accessories from the Bambu Lab Store is straight forward and is delivered very fast if you do have a problem their AI bot is very smart and if the answer to your problem can’t be solved there the customer service section is easy to access and the respond quickly and efficiently.
In summary I am very pleased with everything about Bambu Labs so far and let it continue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.
