Despite the product...........being part of group bambulab, i dont feel any participation of that group. Beeing a client.......that i put bambulab on top of other companies....i did not feel that of beeing a client .....not new. No NOTHING of seccond buy............0 transport for new printer, discount....on anything. That is a part of beeing with an acount and.......not the firat buy. I bought several expensive stuf........and beeing a client.......of a group...or .......has some advantages. Feeling like a new client at every buy. Not a good start as a company that want more customers......and a happy ones.
