I had never used any printing service before, let alone an online service. So I was a bit nervous in placing my first ever order with Banana Print in case I was not clear in communicating my requirements or they made a 'mess' of my order. I called them twice before making my order and they answered the phone professionally, were very polite and answered my queries/concerns. Once I placed the order I had regular updates by email and they provided a tracking number when it was shipped to me. The items were delivered sooner than expected and the quality of the printing was fantastic. Great service by the whole team.
