Instead of addressing them professionally, responsibility was sidestepped and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Private matters were discussed with third parties, adversely affecting future interactions. Though a new provider stabilized things, this experience revealed poor boundary management and accountability. Ultimately, I had to find a service that aligns better with professional standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.
