Instead of addressing these issues through a clear and professional resolution process, responsibility was shifted away, leading to unnecessary escalation. Confidential client matters were discussed with outside parties, which negatively affected future professional interactions and created avoidable complications. Although the situation was ultimately resolved by a new provider, the experience revealed poor boundary management and a lack of accountability. This prompted me to seek a service arrangement that aligns better with professional standards and actual hosting expertise. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

This service arrangement was not a voluntary choice — it was transferred from another provider — and based on our experience, it did not fulfill the technical or operational support necessary for a live website and its associated systems. Issues included lack of access to my website, unresolved technical problems, and being asked to cover costs for issues that arose under the hosting arrangement. These were practical matters regarding service delivery, not related to pricing or scope. We have since moved to an alternative provider, which better addresses our technical and operational needs. This transition has led to a more seamless and reliable hosting arrangement for our business, with complete access to modify our website. This reply reflects our direct experience and the positive outcomes since switching to the new provider.
