Their return policies are the worst I've encountered. It's hard to identify which items are 'Final Sale,' leaving you stuck with poor-quality, ill-fitting items that can't be returned or exchanged. It seems they are aware of the subpar products they sell and prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. After many years of shopping with them, this has happened twice. I prefer retailers with more reasonable exchange policies.
