I have to admit, I've used a bunch of Server hosting before, specifically for Minecraft. Nodecraft, Nitrado, BisectHosting, but none and I really mean it NONE have come close to the quality Bananaservers have. An extremely clean and easy to understand User Interface, a good Knowledgebase, fast Startup and Stopping times, all the normal stuff to make a good server host is here.But what takes the cake is the support offered and the price at which this all is done. The servers are, compared to the competition, a steal. If you have the extra money for it take the option of extra support. I dont want to swamp the guys over there with help requests but I really really have to give props to them for the work they do. They go above and beyond. The first reply I got was so matter of fact and blunt, unlike all the other sites which are very corporate speak at time, really took me by surprise and was a green flag in my book! A human being on the other side! AND they helped me with everything I asked for and then some. Above and beyond. I know its unreasonable to expect this to go on forever as they grow as a service, due to more customers leading to resources being stretched thin but man they are SO worth supporting and as someone with a big big potty mouth i really had to hold back on swearing while writing this and singing their praises. USE BANANA SERVERS. DO IT. I'd give TEN stars if I could.
