I went to their branch to show my newly received Spanish ID card (they are restricting my account without it). The employee who was meant to attend me (each one of them only did a certain kind of job in spite of a long queue) first decided to attend a client on the phone and that turned to be a 20 minutes conversation, then he decided to attend a client who entered after me, when it finally was my turn, because the client told him he was in a hurry to get to work. I protested, to no avail. I left. I filed a complaint with the Bank, with fotos of my new ID card attached asking to accept them that way. They were not accepted, nor anybody reached out to bring an apology. The only response I received was a human being (I mean, it was not an automated response) telling me they'll respond in a month, according to their general rule. They keep restricting my account.
