The process seemed intentionally prolonged, with poor communication, resulting in the order remaining incomplete. The delivery timeline was unclear, and despite my repeated alerts regarding the collection issue, it was completely overlooked. Instead of addressing the problem, the process dragged on with inadequate communication. As of now, no items have been received and no refund has been issued. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, showing no accountability towards the customer.
