The service continually changed delivery timelines and failed to adhere to the agreed terms. Despite numerous clear warnings that collection would not be possible after a specific date, these were disregarded. The process appeared intentionally prolonged, with inadequate communication, leading to the order remaining incomplete. Overall, this experience highlights an unprofessional attitude and a lack of responsibility towards customers. The delivery timeline was vague, and despite my repeated alerts about the collection issue, it was entirely overlooked. Rather than resolving the problem, the process was unnecessarily extended with poor communication. As of now, no items have been received and no refund processed. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, with no accountability shown to the customer.
