I really like the chain of casinos linked with this one however this one is not like the rest I accidently clicked a game while browsing and it was a fishing game it ate my money I never even got past the loading screen I dont like fishing games never have wouldn't play one if you paid me but I go to support and explain I didn't even let the game load and they proceed to call me a lier and say oh a game can't place a bet for you. I dont lie my family can vouch for me on that or anyone that knows me really so for this lady to say I was I won't go back and I hope this message helps someone else keep from being a victim of this place because frankly it makes me feel like they just have zero class it wasn't enough money to waste my time with support or a review like this but the fact that I was told that I had to have place the bet when I know good and well I didn't even let the game load is very much enough of a reason to take this time so be warned they have a dark side incase anyone really needs to know it was .41 cents and I dont even care about the .41 its the fact that the woman. From support really thinks I would go through all this effort over .41 cents if I would have bet it but I didn't... and there payment system has never worked properly for me not that thats a big deal but I dont really care either way at this point
