I'm disappointed with how this situation has been handled. After receiving my earnings from the Bitci Stack Asset Platform and trading on my exchange. My bank account was frozen just a few hours, without any prior warning.I visited the branch with the required document, and I was told the issue would be resolved within 7 workings days . It's has been over a month, and the account is still frozen. To make matters worse the customer service isn't responding despite the follow ups I understand that complaince checksvare necessary, but the lack of communication and the excessive delay have been frustrating.
