One star because I can't give zero starsCustomer service is non-existent. Call center is a series of automated responses which don't address queries. if you follow the buttons to speak to customer service you will eventually get cut off. Email help just directs to call center line and so the process repeats. ANY other bank in Thailand has to be better than this.
