Unhappy with constant extremely long waiting time.

I’ve unhappily been banking with Bangkok Bank for 14 years. My branch is the bank’s headquarters at 333 Silom Road. The waiting time at the customer service centre at the rear of the building is appallingly long every single time I’ve had to use it. Why do they have 26 service booths of which there are never more than 5 occupied by staff?
