Froze my account. Asked to go back to branch where I opened. No email or correspondence detailing what was required. Went in, was told they required further evidence. Had to return again the next day. Waited many hours. Then told it will be over a week to review the documentation to gain access to my funds. I opened the account to fulfill a long stay visa requirement. All the documentation they require is what the immigration office need for my visa approval. Absolutely ridiculous waste of time not to mention having no money. Disgraceful customer service. Treated guilty until you prove you are legitimate. Pissed off in a major way. UPDATE 13SEP Still no access to my funds, another trip to branch to find out when. More assurances that it will be soon, and escalated, as our son is having heart surgery 4 OCTFunds urgently required and they don't give a damn. Still waiting. Leaving this bank at first opportunity. This is the new digital system that is being rolled out worldwide. Everyone needs to be aware of this. If they perceive your religion, medical decisions, associations, political views, or any other ideology is not in their interest, you are switched off until you satisfy them.
