If I could, I would rate zero stars. I opened a business account in October 2025 and an ach transaction deposited over $13,000 into the account. The funds were there for about 3 days when Bank of America closed the account with no notification or explanation. Now, over five months later, I still do not have my funds. Bank of America has literally stolen money from me! I have called, visited multiple branches, emailed the CEO. Criminal!
