After 40 years with the same bank, through multiple acquisitions I am done with them. They are consistent at letting me down. I didn’t want to change banks but they forced my hand with their latest shenanigan.
BOA has too many criminals attacking their customers accounts. It has happened a number of times now and they shut down my debit card and I never got a replacement! Needless to say life is inconvenient without your debit card, BOA does nothing to help.
Do yourself a favor go somewhere else or you could stay and start a large fire and throw cash into it, results may be the same.
