Banking with BOS for quite a few years and never had an overdraft so never overdrawn. All banking was done through them with wages coming in monthly ,many standing orders and direct debits going out, all fine and without issue . Now a couple of days ago without warning or explaining why, they have decided to close my account down and lady on phone explaining they don't tell them the reasons why so left in the dark.Very poor show from them,now got to find another bank and spend time setting up a new account , new direct debits,standing orders, pay in wages elsewhere. All a big hassle for no apparent reason.
