Exceptional service with the right part arriving within 48 hours after a long wait of 3 months for a prior supplier to notify us they could no longer provide it. Our bikes, which cost a considerable amount, were unusable without this part. I would not recommend the previous supplier again, as the bikes are only 26 months old. Thankfully, another provider was able to assist us at a fair price, along with outstanding customer service.
