Where do I start! I contacted Banks of Lyon to ask if they were able to get me the Cartier Panthere watch in size mini - as my boyfriend was getting it for me as a 30th birthday gift. I spoke on chat to a very lovely lady named Aziza. She took my details and explained it was hard to get a hold of and would speak to her Cartier dealer, within the space of an hour I heard back to say it was possible if we placed the order. After the order was placed Aziza tried her very best to get it to me before I flew out on holiday - this however was out of her hands and Cartier simply were not able to get it to me on time. Because of this Aziza went ABOVE AND BEYOND by sending out the cutest pair of gold earrings, a bottle of Prosecco and birthday card so I had something to open! To say this stunned me is an understatement. Literally the day I arrived in Mexico I received a text explaining the watch had arrived & that she would keep it in the safe for me until I return. Roll on week later, I text to say I was home and not even 24 hours later I have received my beautiful watch - immaculately packaged with their stunning gift wrapping. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough - especially the service Aziza provides her clients. You have made a customer for life. Thank you again!
