I ordered a perforated window sign from BannerBuzz for my business opening. While the print quality itself was acceptable, the material quality was extremely disappointing.
During normal and careful installation, the vinyl tore almost immediately when removing it from its backing — a basic and standard step in the installation process. I have ordered similar perforated window graphics from other suppliers before and have never experienced this issue. The material felt unusually thin and fragile.
When I contacted customer service, they explained that this type of tearing is considered “normal” due to the material specifications and declined to replace the item unless I paid 70% of the cost for a reshipment. I was not willing to pay again for a product that failed under normal use.
I initially chose BannerBuzz hoping to build a long-term relationship and place recurring larger orders if satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, both the product durability and the proposed resolution did not meet my expectations.
