We used this company before when we owned a restaurant. I used them again for an extremely large banner for a fundraising event. The print quality and material were excellent; however, there was an error in the grommetting that I needed and paid for. When I contacted the company and provided a video of the mistake, they took care of it immediately and recreated the banner, and shipped it.
