Our train was canceled due to weather, and we weren't informed until we arrived at the station. The station staff couldn't assist us because it was a third-party booking. I emailed them, but that was their only process. We had a ferry that wasn't reimbursed, and they merely expressed hope for our understanding. The support team was completely unhelpful, leaving us stranded with young children. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
