When my sweater eventually arrived (and, as the company address was in The Netherlands, I assumed it would be sent from there), it was nothing like the photo in either the fabric or colour. I thought I was getting a warm, cashmere cosy sweater in a rusty brown colour but instead I got a very thin, dirty brown, slightly speckled fabric sweater with no shape. I wrote to complain and ask for a refund. The refund policy states that the buyer pays for returns, which I accepted. However, I was told I could have 10% refunded and keep the sweater. I did not want this and queried their refund policy. I was then told I could have a 20% refund. I queried again and threatened to go public with their ‘hidden refund policy’. The third time I asked reorder a refund I was told I could have a full refund if I returned the sweater to China, which would cost between €20-€40. This time I was offered a 30% refund. Finally I accepted the 30% and have decided to donate the sweater to charity as it would be far less of a hassle and cost me about the same amount. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews first - a lesson learnt!
