I would rate 0 stars if I could!This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.The item I received was of shocking quality and looked nothing like what was advertised. It was clearly substandard and should never have been sold in the first place. I contacted customer service expecting a straightforward resolution, only to be met with rigidity, deflection of responsibility, and zero accountability.Despite the item being faulty, I was told that to receive a full refund I would need to return it at my own expense, which would have cost over £60. In other words, I would effectively receive no refund at all for faulty goods. That is completely unreasonable and goes against basic consumer rights.The only alternative offered was a partial refund, which I felt forced to accept purely to avoid losing even more money. This was not a fair resolution — it was the least bad option in a situation entirely caused by the company.The customer service throughout this process was horrible. There was no empathy, no attempt to take responsibility, and no genuine effort to resolve the issue fairly. The entire experience felt misleading and borderline scam-like.I will absolutely never use this company again, and I will be actively warning others to avoid it. If you value your money, your time, and decent customer service, shop elsewhere.
