Ordered from Bare cases for a new iPhone Air. The delivery was late and I couldn’t track the shipment due to a bad tracking number. After the delivery window passed I bought another case to protect my phone and asked to cancel my shipment. They denied my request, gave an excuse for being late and sent it out that day! When it arrived I tried to return it but they keep asking for pictures of the case, which I have sent 4 emails to them with multiple pictures. Now they claim there was a clear film on the back of the case that was never there. I issued a claim with my bank for my money back but when my bank reached out, BareCases told them I never tried to return the case. This process has gone on since February 3rd. It shouldn’t take over 3 months to return a product that was never used. They are scamming customers! Stay way!
