Tried to buy Leguano aktiv shoes from this company.On 8 May advised that if I bought only one pair the delivery would be very high so rather buy 2 pairs and no delivery charge.On 12 May ordered 2 pairs and paid Euro 299.98,order was confirmed on same day.Then heard nothing from them and e mailed them on 22 May to find out.Kevin responded on 23 May to say sorry and that they will be shipped the next week.On 27 May I called twice but no answer and no return calls.On that day he e mailed me with some fantasy story that they cant supply as there was something wrong with my address in the UK(this was nonsense as Amazon regularly deliver to that address).I then told him to cancel and refund.1 June still heard nothing,4 June e mailed again as I had heard nothing.On 4 June send me some advise from them saying they will refund me and can take 10 days.I asked for a bank advise re refund but never received.Despite numerous e mails re refund it has never arrivedNo shoes and no refundKevin is elusive and I would not buy anything from this company under any circumstancesThey are scamsters and are sitting on my money
