It has been, and continues to be, one of the few reliable sources for anything related to barefoot training, as everything is supported by scientific research and the instructor is a knowledgeable professional. Initially, I purchased the Strong Feet course, which significantly improved my foot strength and arch height (I previously had flat feet), along with enhancing overall foot functionality and my body's responses. Since joining the online Academy this summer, I've explored various resources, primarily focusing on my glutes, which have been my weakest area according to multiple assessments. I can confidently say I've progressed from a level 2 to nearly a level 4 on a scale of 1 to 4. This improvement is noticeable not just during workouts but also in daily activities; I can do more for longer periods without discomfort in my left hip, which has been a persistent issue (despite spending thousands on well-known recovery clinics for years). My key takeaway from the past months is that I don't necessarily need extensive traditional strength training; it appears that consistently practicing the daily mobility drills in the Academy builds strength over time.
