Ordered several pairs of jeans on December 1 of last year in hopes they would arrive before Christmas. They didn't arrive until February after numerous delays. When one shipment finally arrived only one of the two ordered pairs was in it. But it still showed as both being delivered on the same order #. The company is fairly quick to respond to emails, but I'm still waiting on someone to actually resolve something. This is shame because my son really likes the jeans that have actually arrived. But I can't recommend buying from this company as shipping and CS are far too unreliable.
