Have been a loyal customer of their's for well over a year and a half. Yes at first i tried out different flavours find which one suited me, some were not flavorful enough when put in the type of vape i had, and my go to kind which i now order every month is perfect for me and MY needs. Had a friend buy the same one but in her machine it was way to coarse and hard to smoke. Have also realized the number of mg of nicotine plays a role in the smoothness of the smoke it makes. Have only good comments about this company sure i had to try out a few kinds but now i know which i like the best and the ones i dont like at all. Never had a problem with customer service but yeah the guy at the other end has a slight sense of humour which so far i have found crude but amusing. Products always arrive in the good time frame taste is also always the same and they verifie every batch so if you do have a concern they can easily trace which batch it came from. Have never let me down through all the time i have been a monthly costumer. Even have certain flavor bans in my province yet they still serve their clients and the price/quantity ratio is exceptional where i live you can easily pay double at least for a bottle half the size of their's.
