I have been waiting over 2 years for my claim to go through and I feel like it has been a waste of my time and energy. No updates are sent to me only emails regarding changes in government legislation. This seems like a scam as nobody has gotten back to me or provided me with any payout in over 2 years. I feel like I have shared important documents and my sensiitve data with you guys and got no help in return. Very disappointing!
Please can someone give me a realistic time frame or explain to me why this hasn't been settled yet?
