To make matters worse, they send you an email to contact them to order another product or request for a refund, however, the email they provide does not work & the phone number listed on their website goes right to voice mail. Do not expect a return call…it never happens. Had to dispute the charge for an item they never sent. In addition, Kazoodles advertises this item on eBay where is states they have 10 in stock…in the same size and color. Stay away from Kazoodles.
