DON'T TRUST THEM!!! They make my life a hell everytime I ask for anything as simple as VACCINE, they want to have an invoice in a standard format that not every vet can do. If you don't provide that they lock the card and don't give you any money back!!! I've been trying to receive back money for a SIMPLE VACCINE for over 2 months! It's a nightmare! There is no phone to contact and you speak via email whenever they respond! It's like talking to a robot!!!!!NEVER TRUST THEM!!!!!!
