When you ask for additional documents don't make me send again and again the same documents which were ok. Eg. Photo of the dog's passport was send several times. the credit card is always rejected. It's not only me, a gentleman in a clinic had a rejection problem. Any explanations from the card was send via WhatsApp that i have never received it. Use other methods, viber or email. The card doesn't work.
