Then Alpha Residential Estate Agents advertised our property with offers over £195,000. They even found me a buyer with offer of £185,000. But I refused the offer because our purchase price was £190,000 on 31-Mar-2021. ------------- But Barnard Marcus advised for asking price of £180,000. {I think that It's because another company called AMG Ltd (our mortgage lender's assets management company) was in contact with Barnard Marcus about our property. Barnard Marcus' agent told me about AMG Ltd works for those who can't pay mortgage repayments.} ■■■ Other story can be that they are thinking we can't pay mortgage repayments and we have no choice to sell the property for what Barnard Marcus has given the valuation.
