I was contacted by them a few months ago and they have now sold my two bedroom flat in Pimlico.The money is now in my bank account gaining interest.My optimistic asking price was £550,000, and Jake Tharp, the Assistant Branch Manager, managed to achieve a respectable £530,000, with property prices in London falling all the time, and a potential general UK financial crisis on its way very soon.They are all good people, professional, proactive, friendly and patient in a stressful activity for us all.
