I will never use Barnard Marcus Epsom again. They handed keys to a tenant without having the tenancy agreement signed. We currently have tenants in £19000 rent arrears and Barnard Marcus have become less co-operative. Can I add they took half their annual fee upfront at the start of the tenancy back in September 2022. We are disgusted and will never use this company again. Always ask which credit agency they have used to vet their applicants and the thresholds used before signing a new tenant, this threshold can differ and be costly to you in the long term.
