Worse customer service: Barnard Marcus Muswell Hill.Following a bereavement case Barnard Marcus refused to transfer the deposit to me. Didnt want raise a complaint to TDS. The landlord and myself had to raise a complaint with TDS, who transferred the funds straight away.Started a complaint process with Barnard Marcus. Customer Service as poor as the local BM Muswell hill. Agency didn't see any issue with the non acceptance to transfer the deposit, get TDS involve and just dismissed the case.Asked for last resolution email to go to Ombudsman property, no replies after that. Really poor service, not sure that they know what they are doing. Will be scared to put a deposit them as it is a hassle to get it after.
