I booked a viewing to buy a property, only for them to cancel on me at a day before the appointment without a clear reason. That alone was frustrating, but what followed was even worse. Every time I tried to negotiate on the price, I was met with the same line: “We’ll speak to the landlord and call you tomorrow.” That call never came. Not once did they follow through. It became clear they were just playing games , wasting my time with empty promises and zero professionalism.Barnard Marcus operates with a blatant disregard for transparency and client care. Their agents either can’t keep track of basic information or simply don’t care. They also tried to lie to everyone about the information from the landlord just to pressure people into using their services.I wouldn’t trust them to lock a door properly, let alone handle one of the most important financial transactions of your life.If you're considering working with Barnard Marcus: Don’t. Save yourself the stress and deal with an estate agent that values integrity, competence, and basic respect. Barnard Marcus has none of those.
