This review is specifically about Daniel Sieh at the Earls Court/West Brompton branch. I toured the flat in January and asked him directly if there had ever been any mold issues. He looked me in the eye and said, word for word: "No, nothing like that. We have managed this property for years and have had no reported issues or awareness of mold. We would know about any problems as we manage it."That was completely false. We've since learned from previous tenants that there were serious mold issues, particularly around the living room windows and bathrooms. They had to treat and repaint with mold-resistant paint twice. So he lied to my face.This was just one of many problems we've had with this agency. The entire experience has been disorganized, poorly managed, and dishonest. Their letting agents seem only interested in making a sale, regardless of the truth. Do not rent through them. It has been a nightmare.
